    • Delays or cancellations caused by client-side issues such as non-availability of site access, approvals, or documentation.
    • Change of mind after confirmation or approval of quotation.
  • Payment Gateway & Bank Charges:

    • Any payment gateway charges, bank charges, or taxes deducted during the transaction are non-refundable.
    • The refundable amount, if approved, will be processed after deducting applicable charges.
