Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which services provided by Samartha Fortune Pvt. Ltd. may be cancelled by the client or the company.

  • Cancellation by Client:

    • Clients may request cancellation by submitting a written request via email to info@samarthafortune.com
    • Cancellation requests must include project details, invoice or quotation reference, and reason for cancellation.
  • Pre-Commencement Cancellation:

    • If cancellation is requested before commencement of work, the request will be reviewed as per the Refund Policy.
    • Any administrative, assessment, or processing costs already incurred will be deducted.
  • Post-Commencement Cancellation:

    • Once work has commenced (including site survey, engineering, procurement, or mobilization), cancellation will not be eligible for a refund.
    • The client shall be liable to pay for work completed and expenses incurred up to the cancellation date.
  • Cancellation by Company:

    Samartha Fortune Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to cancel or suspend services under the following conditions:
    • Non-payment or delayed payment beyond agreed timelines.
    • Non-cooperation, lack of site access, or failure to provide required approvals or documents.
    • Force majeure events including natural disasters, government restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond company control.
  • Impact on Deliverables:

    • Upon cancellation, all ongoing work, deliverables, and access to reports or designs may be discontinued.
    • Any materials procured specifically for the project may not be returnable.
  • Refund Handling:

    • Approved refunds, if any, shall be processed strictly as per the Refund Policy.
    • Payment gateway charges, bank fees, and applicable taxes are non-refundable.
  • Policy Updates:

    Samartha Fortune Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to modify this Cancellation Policy at any time. Updated policies will be effective upon publication on the website.
  • Governing Law:

    This policy shall be governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction limited to Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
